Friday, October 16, 2020- It’s Picture Day!

Get your smiles ready, because it’s school picture day Friday!

Here are a few important things to remember as you get ready:

There are no pre-order forms. All student images will be available online to view and purchase approximately 1 week after photo day is complete. Watch for an email to let you know when.

Find an outfit you like. Photos include a headshot as well as a 3/4 length shot. This means your pants will show too. When picking an outfit, try to stay away from large logos or prints. We want your face to be the main focus, not your shirt.

We use green screen technology to give you a choice of the digital background when you order your photos. So try to find an outfit that isn’t green.

Don’t over-practice your smile. Smiles are always better fresh! If you miss School Picture Day, don’t worry! Photography by Hart will be back for a make up day on November 5th.

We are looking forward to working with you to capture great images for your family to cherish for many years to come!

We continue to thank you for your patience as we adjust to our new ways of doing things to ensure we are all safe. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Below are a few reminders.

1. Our hot lunch menu for September closes today at 8:00 pm. Please get your orders in before then. Payment is also due right away or we will not be able to process your orders.

2. Please remember to make an appointment before entering the school. We have safety protocols in place before visitors may enter as per the District and school safety plans. We appreciate your cooperation in this manner as we try to keep our school community safe.

3. Due to to the change in weather please ensure your child dresses appropriately. If it rains, students will remain indoors for recess and lunch but teachers will still dismiss at their exit doors.

We will be offering our Hot Lunches again this year.  We will have something available each day.  Please see the instructions below to create your account.  All previous accounts have been erased because of privacy and security reasons.  You will need to create a new account for your child.  

We also have canteen items that will be sold each day.  The list is below.    

Extra lunches are available for students that may have forgotten their lunch.  Please remind your child to go to the canteen if they have forgotten their lunch and we will give them something.  If you have any questions feel free to email me at lcoteaubin@prn.bc.ca

1. All orders will be placed online at this web address:

2. To place orders you will need to register first. The access code is ECEHL (these need to be capital letters)

3. Fill in the registration page with your contact information. 

4. Add your children to the correct classroom. 

5. Place your orders. You can do one month at a time or all four months if you wish. 

6. You will need to pay for your order with a credit card.  We use Bambora to collect money.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or cheques.  

8. You will be charged a $0.30 fee to use the Bambora service. If you want, you can pay for all the orders at once to have only one fee.
