School Wide Quiet Time

We are interested in looking at the benefits of giving the children 20-30 minutes of rest time after lunch each day. This is based on the idea that school is a pretty busy place and students sometimes struggle with maintaining peak performance all day.

We are finding that students look forward to it and that the rest of the day is super productive!
We encourage you to ask your child about it and would love to hear positive stories.
