As we head into the summer we wanted to thank everyone for helping to make this another fantastic year at Central. We hope you all have a safe and relaxing summer.

Just a reminder that Ecole Central will re-open for the 2019/20 year on Tuesday September 3rd 2019 for Grade 1-6 students and they will be dismissed on the first day at 10:50am.Those returning to Central will start by coming to the gym when the bell goes in the morning.

Today we celebrated our fourth annual Festival of Colours. It is a time to celebrate each other, our uniqueness, diversity and the year we had at Ecole Central by throwing chalk in the air. Thank you to all our community that came out today to join us,

Final Week 2018/19 – Important Reminders
& Dates

Here are a few dates and reminders
heading into the final week of the 2018/19 school year.

1) Tuesday June 25th 2019 – FUN Day – Our annual end of the year fun day will start after recess and run for the remainder of the day.

On Friday June 14th 2019 our Gr. 5 Students at Ecole Central got the opportunity to participate in School District 60’s first annual “XploreFest” at the Pomeroy Sports Centre. XploreFest is an interactive hands on experience for students where they can get their hands dirty making something or completing a task.

On Thursday June 13th 2019 we had our wind up assembly for Jump Rope for Heart. It was an exciting event where we shared our accomplishments, recognized a couple individuals for the amounts they raised and enjoyed some excellent skipping skills on display.

Here are the tentative schedules for the District Track and Field Meet on June 7th 2019. The event will be hosted at the track beside Ecole Central. We would like all athletes participating in the event there by 8am.
