Welcome to the School Garden Fundraiser. We hope that you will support us and in turn plant your own garden to enjoy. 50% of all our sales will go towards purchasing seeds and hand tools for the school.

Please note the new time for the carnival meeting.  As this is an early dismissal day, we thought having the meeting right after school might be better than an evening session.  Meeting to be held on Thursday,

Big Bam Ski Hill is looking to train volunteers to operate the various departments of the hill.

With certified volunteers  this great beginner hill is available for our students at will.  Big Bam volunteers can expect to be thoroughly trained by qualified personnel in one or all of the departments.

Ms. Orcutt was at the PAC meeting last week and mentioned that the school would like to provide lunch for the students as a special celebration prior to spring break.
The PAC voted to help sponsor part of the cost of the lunch.

The PAC is busy preparing for the Spring Carnival.  We will be looking for volunteers too, but please mark the tentative date on your calendar.
Friday, May 6th from 4:30 til 7:30 p.m.
We will confirm this date in the near future.

There will be another Scholastic Book Fair at the school, but this one will include only French books.

This will be the first time that we have had a book fair that has a larger selection of French books. 

Just a reminder that we hold the PAC (Parent Advisory Council) meetings the first Thursday of each month, in the staff room, at 6:30 til approx 7:30 p.m.

WHAT’S HAPPENING
Parents/Guardians – please do NOT park in the staff parking lot at the back of the school when you are dropping off your children.  It is dangerous to have children walking through the parking lot.
