Hello Parents and Guardians,

As you are aware, we are organizing a school-wide musical (Lion King) which will be held in March.  Rehearsals have started.  Each classroom will be performing a song.  Lead actors have been cast. 

Here is the 2017 Basketball Schedule for our Gr. 4-6 Boys and Girls teams. The divisions this year are split as follows.
A Boys – Gr. 5/6 Boys
A Girls – Gr. 6 Girls

Just a reminder that registration forms for English and French Immersion kindergarten students for 2017/18 can be picked up in the office. At this point French Immersion registration is open only to families who have siblings already attending Ecole Central Elementary.

Central PAC is once again sponsoring two raffles this year for the athletic program at the school. The proceeds raised from these raffles will go directly to help support costs for our athletics program here at Central.

If you have ordered Purdy’s chocolates can you please make sure you check your orders before Monday morning.  If you have any extra items, would you be so kind to send it back to the school since we have a few people missing some items?  

This year we will be hosting a Holiday Event at Ecole Central Elementary School. At this event individual classes will run their own activities in an open house type event. The different wings of the school will be holding their classroom events during the following times:

While all of these are going on we will be hosting a social event in the learning commons.

Hello Central Community
As you may have been aware, in the past schools updated a School Improvement Plan which was submitted to the district annually. This year the district has moved to schools creating a Framework for Enhancing Student Learning which is meant to be shared and created as a school community for the school community as a guide for creating school improvement.
