14th– First Day for Kindergarten- a big welcome to our youngest students!
15th@ 6:30pm- First PAC meeting of the year- come and let us know how you can help out this year.
19th– 5:30pm- Quebec meeting for parents of Grade 6 students in Fr.

Central School will re-open on Monday August 29th at 9am for registrations.
Our first day back will be September 6th and will be an Early Dismissal day finishing at 10:50am. Buses will be running on this schedule.

Support Our Fundraiser!

As a way to target the problem of lost belongings and a large lost and found closet, Ecole Central Elementary PAC is fundraising with Mabel’s Labels, a company with all types of labels that are colourful,

Have you driven by the back of the school lately?  If so, you may have noticed the chain link fencing that has been newly constructed.  This is going to be the location of our new school garden.

Duncan Cran Elementary School is hosting the track meet on Fri. June 10th and they need more help in order to run all of the events.  The meet is hosted at the district track…between Ecole Central and Bert Bowes. 

BC Sailing Association will be offering an exciting summer camp for kids introducing them to the thrills of sailing.  The Mobile Optimist Sailing School (MOSS) will be making its stop in Fort St John from July 11-22 and will be held at the Beaton Provincial Park at Charlie Lake.  

Ecole Central School will be welcoming our newest and youngest students to the school on Wednesday, May 25th from 5:30 – 7:30 in the school gym as we host WELCOME TO KINDERGARTEN.  This event is for all students registered for Kindergarten in September 2011 and their parents. 

A notice and calendar were sent home on May 11th for all students in French Immersion Kindergarten.
