As you may be aware there has been some road construction going on around Ecole Central lately. We have been informed that the back parking lot will not be available on the first day of school.

Just a reminder that Ecole Central will re-open for the 2017/18 year on Tuesday September 5th 2017 for Grade 1-6 students and they will be dismissed on the first day at 10:50am. The first day for our Kindergarten students will be on Wednesday September 13th 2017 and will be a full day.

We just wanted to share some information about changes made to the Elementary Sports Schedule this year and how it effects us here at Central. Due to circumstances at the schools in line to host the Elementary Track Meet this year we have been bumped up as host school.

Excitement is building as we head into performance week for the Lion King. We wanted to pass along a few final updates as we prepare.

On Feb. 15th the students and staff celebrated the re-opening of our gym and renovations that were done over the past few months. The celebration started with the presentation of an incredible cake created by Nicole from Nicole Sweet Temptations which had taken home 1st prize for sculpture and 1st prize people choice at last weekend’s “High on Ice”
