Today we have our monthly ADST modules and our next value spotlight from our ADST Values Modules is EMPATHY. Empathy is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another.

Ecole Central beating away the Winter Blues. What a great group of students and staff!

This year’s musical, Disney’s Peter Pan, is right around the corner. We are just over a month away and things are starting to come together. Today, Feb 1st 2019 tickets are officially on sale at the Cultural Center.

Resiliency – Mme Annie & Mme Stephanie
Our next value spotlight from our ADST Values Modules is RESILIENCY. During this module both Mme Annie and Mme Stephanie’s groups start with a short clip pertaining to resiliency.

Honesty – Mme Emily & Mme Janelle
Today we continued with our ADST Values Modules and our next value spotlight is HONESTY. During this module Mme Janelle and Mme Emily read the book “Être honnête” to the students.

This year we will once again be hosting a Holiday Event at Ecole Central Elementary School. At this event individual classes will run their own activities or combine with other classes for activities in an open house type event.

Just a reminder that registration forms for French Immersion Kindergarten students for 2019/20 can be picked up in the office. At this point French Immersion registration is open only to families who have siblings already attending Ecole Central Elementary or in the French Immersion Program (Bert Bowes/NPSS).

Dear Parents and Families,
The Scholastic Book Fair (English and French) is coming to our school! What better way to promote reading to our students than by supporting this important literary event.
We invite your entire family to participate by purchasing the latest and greatest in children’s books.

As was mentioned earlier, this year we will be running ADST Values Modules each month and students will rotate through all values throughout the year. Over the course of the year we would also like to spotlight each value to show what students are working on.
